Giulia Magazzù

Giulia Magazzù obtained a PhD in English Studies at the University of Rome Tor Vergata and now works as post-doc researcher in English linguistics and translation at “Gabriele d’Annunzio” University of Chieti- Pescara. Her areas of research are translation studies, audiovisual translation, critical discourse analysis. In 2020 she published a book on the multimodal translation of musicals and in 2022 she published her second monograph about the translation of multilingual tv series.
